We vbk NARI spices and foods take great care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This ensures food safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.

Refunds & Replacements

We’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or leaked package
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery

How to Request a Refund

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Provide your order details

Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after shipment
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
